The terms and conditions presented here apply to all purchases made on gymplay.dk, gymplay.eu. gymplay.se, gymplay.no and gymplay.de.
GymPlay make reservations for typos, price errors, VAT, currency and tax changes, price increases, force majeure, sold out / discontinued products and failure to deliver by our suppliers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Gymplay offers free shipping when you order for a minimum of 399 SEK.
After placing an order at GymPlay, you can expect us to ship your order within 2-5 working days from the date you ordered the goods, unless otherwise indicated. If the goods are not in stock, you can pre-order the item, and an estimated delivery date will appear on the website.
Products from GymPlay are delivered to you by GLS, our logistic partner. The order will be delivered to the delivery address, you specified.
When ordering goods that weigh more than 30 kg, the order will be shipped with another freight forwarder as these cannot be shipped by GLS.

All prices are quoted in the following currencies including 25% Danish VAT and taxes:

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice, but not on items that you have already ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for instance if we have made misprints or typing errors in prices. Discount codes cannot be used in combination with other cupon codes or offers unless otherwise stated explicitly.
Prices for goods sent in Denmark are not applicable to the Faeroe Islands and Greenland.

When you pay by credit card, you are protected against financial abuse. Our shop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) via our supplier ePay. It is therefore safe for you to shop at Gymplay. The data you send in connection with a purchase paid with a credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only our Payment partner, Clearhaus that can read them. Neither GymPlay nor anyone else can read the data.
When ordering articles that are in stock and articles with an estimated delivery date within 30 days, we will not withdraw the amount until the article is shipped. However, if the estimated delivery time of the pre-order is longer than 30 days, we will withdraw the payment before shipping, as unfortunately the payment cannot be withdrawn from your bank after 30 days. If the amount is not withdrawn within 30 days, we will have to create a new order and ask you to re-enter your payment information. We therefore withdraw the amount within in 30 days in order to avoid having to repeat the payment process when the item is ready for dispatch. All pre-orders can be canceled at any time until the item is dispatched and the amount will be refunded immediately.
You can also pay for your purchase through a transfer. Simply choose the product in our webshop and choose direct bank transfer as your payment method. We send the purchased item as soon as we receive the payment. For items that we do not have in stock, we will send the item to you as soon as we have the purchased item in stock.
RETURNS / CANCELLATION
14-DAYS MONEY BACK
Should the purchased products not live up to your expectations, you can send your order back for a full refund. The product must be returned in the same condition and in original packaging. If the returned product is deteriorated in any way, we will not reimburse you at all or only partly, depending on the condition of the item.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to notify us that you want to return the purchased item. From the notification date, you have 14 days to sent it back to us (we have to receive the item no later than 14 days from notifying us). The notification must be given to the following: email@example.com In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
When returning, please attach a copy of the invoice / order confirmation. Please describe why the product is returned. We will transfer the money to the same credit card or bank account number, which was used for the purchase. We do not forward check or cash. Please note that we do not reimburse the delivery costs.
You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing to accept it when delivered. You have to inform GymPlay that you are returning the purchased item.
GymPlay cannot be made responsible for the delay of any order. Any shipping costs or other costs that follow as a result of returning a purchased order are on the buyer´s own expense.

After receiving the returned item and checking the condition of the item, GymPlay transfers the purchase amount to your credit card within 14 days.
The return period will expire 14 days after the day you;
- a) receive your product
- b) get the last piece of an item, consisting of multiple pieces
Products from GymPlay come with a 24-month warranty against damage not attributable to normal wear and tear. Remember to check the product for any defects when it is delivered and if it is broken, call tel. +45 71 99 96 95 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The 24-month period begins from the date you receive the product. If the damage is not attributable to wear and tear, we will either repair or replace, refund or give you a reduction in price depending on the specific situation. This conditions that the claim is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or the like.
If you have to make use of the warranty, you have to do it within a reasonable time after you have discovered errors or defects with the product.
If you wish to complain about a received product, please send an email with the description of the error to email@example.com. Then we will find out how the complaint should be treated.
When you return an item, please describe the error on the invoice.
Please note that we do not receive return packages sent by. COD and the like.
When you shop at GymPlay, you have to fill in your name, address, phone number and email address. The above information is necessary for us to complete your order. All data recorded will be treated according to the rules in the Privacy Act. This means that your personal information will NOT be sold or passed on to third parties. Once registered, you can always access and you can object to a registration under the provisions of the Privacy Act.
All the information you entrust to GymPlay when ordering, are received unencrypted, while the electronic commerce is conducted is secured via SSL secured trading module from ePay.
All information is stored on a secure server at our hosting provider. As prescribed in the Accounting Act GymPlay stores records for 5 years, after which they are deleted.
PriceRunner Buyer Protection
When you shop with us, you are covered by the PriceRunner Buyer Protection. This means that your purchase is protected up to 50,000 SEK in case anything goes wrong. The Purchase Guarantee is free and applies to registered users at PriceRunner.
The PriceRunner Buyer Protection covers consumers residing in Sweden and applies in cases where stores do not take their statutory responsibility within 60 days from a purchase.
Even if you are not already a member of PriceRunner and have come to our website through them, your purchase can still be covered by the purchase protection. All you need to do is register within one hour after your purchase. Becoming a member is free of charge and takes less than three minutes!
